
The Biletnikoff Award Trophy, the most beautiful in college sports, is presented annually to the nation’s outstanding college football receiver by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation, Inc. (TQC). The TQC Foundation is an independent, charitable organization that was founded in 1994 by Professor Walter W. Manley II, past chairman, L. Thomas Cox, Jr., trustee, Rocky Bevis, trustee, and Bob Teel, trustee.

The Biletnikoff Award is a member of the National College Football Awards Association (NCFAA). The NCFAA was founded in 1997 as a coalition of the major collegiate football awards to protect, preserve and enhance the integrity, influence and prestige of the game’s predominant awards.
