Whereas, CEO Mickey Moore and the Southern Scholarship Foundation have been substantial financial contributors to the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation’s scholarship program and scholars since Mickey Moore responded affirmatively and enthusiastically to the financial solicitation and the comprehensive framework proposed by the then Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation Chairman and Founding Trustee Walter Manley II, accompanied by new Trustee Charles Hopkins, at a luncheon meeting on April 22, 2012, in Tallahassee, Florida.
The Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation offers praise and thanks to Mickey Moore and the Southern Scholarship Foundation for their substantial financial contributions to the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation’s scholarship program and scholars. Further, the Trustees of the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation hereby proclaim enduring gratitude to Mickey Moore and the Southern Scholarship Foundation for their years of dedication to the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation and its scholarship program and scholars. This proclamation was moved by every trustee of the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation and seconded by every trustee of the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation, and passed unanimously on January 7, 2016.
November 22, 2022 – A Resolution of Praise and Appreciation for Steve Winn
Whereas TQC Foundation Life Trustee Steve Winn has provided exemplary and significant dedication and manifold, important and excellent contributions to the said Foundation and the Biletnikoff Award for two decades and for many years has hosted with a most welcoming spirit and a gentlemanly and dignified fashion the banquet keynote speaker while always putting the convenience and care of said speaker foremost in a tireless and hospitable manner that has brought profound credit and praise to the Foundation,
Be it resolved that the Foundation does bestow upon Steve Winn its first Commendation of Merit with well-deserved appreciation and gratitude.
