
Richard Moore is a CFO, attorney and community leader, He retired from his law firm, Amundsen & Moore, in 2002 and joined Moore, Inc. with his wife, Karen. Since then, he has been a leader in the agency’s development and expansion. As CFO, Richard ensures that Moore’s financial operations support excellent customer service and results for clients. As legal counsel, he is a resource to the staff on contracts, intellectual property rights and business law. His financial and legal expertise have been an integral part of Moore’s growth. He is dedicated to the vision of Moore’s continued success as the creative agency of choice for clients across the country. Moore, Inc. currently has offices in Tallahassee, South Florida, New Orleans and Denver. Before joining Moore, Richard practiced law in the areas of health care, land use, environmental and business regulation. He acted as spokesperson for clients before numerous media organizations and government agencies including the Department of the Interior, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Agency for Health Care Administration. He is a graduate of the Florida State University College of Law and he is a veteran of the United States Air Force. Richard is a 5th degree black belt in the Japanese martial art of Aikido. Richard and his wife Karen have one son, Jarrod, who is a software engineer with Google in California. Richard and Karen have traveled to over 90 countries together during their 43 years of marriage.
