Karen B. Moore is Founder and CEO of The Moore Agency, one of the nation’s largest independently owned marketing and public affairs agencies. Headquartered in Tallahassee, it has additional offices in West Palm Beach, Denver, Miami and New Orleans, Moore represents clients across the nation and internationally. She is also the Founder of the Tallahassee Collegiate Academy, a tuition-free STEM charter high school located on the beautiful campus of Tallahassee Community College. Called by Henry Kissinger, “one tough lady,” Karen has been named annually by Florida Trend as one of the 500 Most Influential Florida Business Leaders, one of the 100 Most Influential by Florida Politics, and was recently named PR News 2023 Top Women in PR. She is a frequent public speaker and has facilitated strategic marketing, advocacy and media training sessions for numerous Fortune 500 companies, top Florida CEOs and the British Olympic Team.


The Biletnikoff Award is a member of the National College Football Awards Association (NCFAA).
