Patrick Hurley

Patrick was born and raised in Tallahassee, and is proud to call it home today. He attended Maclay School through ninth grade and transferred to Leon High School his sophomore year in hopes of maximizing exposure to college scouts and obtaining a Division 1A soccer scholarship. The plan proved to be effective, and during his senior year, he was recruited to Stetson University. He graduated from Stetson in 2003 with majors in Marketing and General Business Administration and minors in Management and Electronic Business Technology. In 2003, he returned home and began work with a family friend handling his real estate portfolio which, unbeknownst to him, would be the start of a career in real estate. After obtaining his real estate license later that year, he joined a local firm and began working with friends and family to buy and sell homes, develop investment strategies, and manage income producing units. The down market of 2010 presented opportunity in a field that scared so many others, and the decision was made to branch out on his own, so he obtained his Brokers license and H2 Real Estate Group was formed and affiliated with Weichert Realtors as the Tallahassee area franchisee. The success of the sales company created the need for an asset management division to better serve clients, and H2 Property Management followed in 2012. As things continued to improve on the professional front, there was also personal progress in motion, as Patrick and his business partner of several years, Angela, took the plunge getting married in 2013 and his step daughters (Brooke and Reece) were welcomed into the family. In 2016 the family was extremely excited to grow again with the addition of twin boys (Patrick and Ryland) who continue to make every day a blessing and an adventure.
